Because in Saints trade scenarios you must consider that Grilliams is in New Orleans. He has a connection to Landry and Rocky, not to Horton.

No, its called common sense. No one will give the Redskins anything for Horton. Landry is much more talented, and has a higher ceiling compared to Horton who only had one decent season. Landry didn't have the best season last year, but as many of us here have said...it could've been that Landry was simply asked to do too much and that may have played into why he got beat so many times. Remember, Landry got beat because he was out of position not because of being slow or less talented.

Could it be a smoke screen to get Philly to move up and give us more picks?

As much as we need and I'd like to take an offensive tackle, boy would I love to have Berry.

Per JLC's twitter

Other clubs in the top 10 starting to project Eric Berry to Redskins on their internal mock drafts. More on NFL Network.

This is what I like to call a "shanny-ploy" to drum up interest for someone to take Berry ahead of the Chiefs at #5 so we can trade down. Shanny-ploy is working....

Scenario 1: Bradford

- Jamaal Brown and the Saints 2nd round pick to the Skins for Landry, McIntosh, and Haynesworth.

- Redskins send #4, the Saints 2nd, and Andre Carter to the Rams for the #1 overall pick, which they use to select Sam Bradford

- Redskins trade Donovan McNabb to the Raiders for their 2nd round pick and LB Kirk Morrison

- Redskins sign Flozell Adams

Scenario 2 - Berry

- Jamaal Brown and the Saints 2nd round pick to the Skins for Landry, McIntosh, and Haynesworth.

- Redskins select Eric Berry

- Redskins sign Flozell Adams

Personally, I hope we keep Landry. The dude's bulked up so much he could play ILB full-time if he adds a few more points.

This ain't happening based on were the Saints 2nd rd picks is it's like getting a 3rd pick.

What's going on?

Yeah it really picked up steam late last night. No one I've talked to believes the Skins believe Okung is worth taking at #4....which probably means that's who they'll draft

Latest rumor has them talking to an AFC East team about the #4 pick to move down in the 1st and add a 2nd. Not sure who the team is, think it might be the Jets.

Who would the Jets be targeting and what pick do the Jets have round 1?
