No way I'd take Mccoy or Bradford over Clausen or Pike..

Not enough payback in marketing sales. (That's just an opinion)

But if the CAP is removed for 2010, JC might still be around.
So we shouldn't try to grab a good QB because the FO will never fix the O line? Even more reason to draft a QB if you ask me. Good QB behind a shitty O line is better than a shitty QB behind a shitty O line.

They need to trade someone to get more picks... maybe Cooley. If they can get another 1st round pick, they should take a QB and Tackle in the first round, and add more O linemen and get a RB. The entire D is fine, the Receivers are fine. O line, QB and RB. and get rid of the "win now" mentality and put together a 3 year plan to rebuild.

Our problems wont be a quick fix, lets build the Oline and get a RB inthe draft and we can draft a new QB after this draft which im not really sold on any of the big name QB's coming out.

Bulger has been sacked more than a sack of grocerys over the last 3 yrs. He's been beat up and misses games. Not sure we want him for our team. If the Redskins fix the O-line than maybe Bulger could succeed.

I expect, especially if a lot of the underclassmen QBs come out this year as expected, that the 2011 draft will be a better year to draft an OL than a QB. That's why (well, one reason why) I'm more for taking a QB at the top of this year's draft.

Tebow. Passion. Smarts. Legs. Plus the last great QB to play for the skins was about the same size as Tebow. Was Steve Young very tall? Don't think so.

What defense is he going to run all over? What makes Tebow different from all of the other running QBs?

what makes him different is his toughness as a runner. probably the main reason people think he would be a good fullback or tight end. you dont see too many qbs being projected to either of those positions. anyway, i think he will be a success in the pros not for his running, which is a compliment to his other skills or will be in the pros at least, is his determination, smarts, and he does have a good arm. he just doesnt run a pro-style offense by any means. he is the kind of player that will never accept failure, which is why he will be a success. he has the talent to back that desire up.

Re: Your next QB for the Skins?

I like Tebow, really, I do..........

I think he will make a decent backup, and shoot, after 4 or 5 seasons, he might get his crack at being a starter, and he might be a little bit better than mediocre, depending on the teams situation more than anything.

But let me say this. Love the guys fire, love his passion. But if you think for one second you can "Will" yourself to win in the NFL, you are sadly mistaken. I'd like to see him yell and scream and act completely unhinged on the sidelines of the NFL, you'd be having prima donna WR's laughing in his face, and old hard nosed lineman trying to keep from laughing. Dont get me wrong, like I said, I love his passion, but that shit dont work like that in the pros. That intangible that people are making out to be a huge deal with this guy is overblown, and in the end, amounts to a big pile of amoeba shit. Nothing.

Saying all that, I wouldn't mind the skins picking him up if he falls below the 4th round. But anything higher than a 5th is a waste of a pick.

The real problem with Tebow is that his release makes Campbell look like Dan Marino. He's an NFL backup at best.

I don't see anyone in college that lights my fire right now.

Re: Your next QB for the Skins?

The thing about Tebow is he will not be able to run in the NFL like he does now, so with that being taking out of his game, do people really trust him to sit back there with his arm and make play after play? F no, that big a$$ wind up is gonna picked every 5 throws....Clausen or Colt are better picks. F Stafford and his shoulder. Snead looks like sh*t this year and that should matter, because the QB should be progressing in his amateur career, so forget him too.
