Landry - Tackling an 80??? His Play Rec is right at a 61

Brennan - Accuracy and 84??? Higher than McNabb????

Just a couple of minor gripes. Overall I like the new rating system unveiled last year.

Colt is very accuarate, actually, and McNabb will over throw a wide open receiver by ten yards, so ya thats fairly accuarate of a rating.

Landry is a very good strong safety, but free safety he is bad. I think this rating is because madden believes he'll be a strong safety with us.

I'm sure Brennan is accurate in preseason and during practice.

We're talking Madden, not NCAA '08.

Speaking of NCAA, '11 is out today. Anyone else getting it?

The QB rating is best on short, middle, and long range. Colt is more accurate in the short range. McNabb is better long range when rated.

I agree that Landry is by no means a great form tackler, but he did have 78 solo tackles last year...

Yeah like MK said, if you move him to nose or DT he bumps up to a 95 or 96 i believe.

You also bump Orakpo up to 95/96 by moving him to end. This glitch has been around since Madden 06 and works for any LB/DE hybrid listed at LB. I'm surprised they haven't fixed it yet, wait...no I'm not.

I don't think it's a glitch, if you move any player out of their natural position their rating changes. They obviously see Rak as a better DE than LB, and Haynesworth as a better DT than DE.

I don't think the roster looks that bad at all, middle of the road kind of team

Re: Madden 11 player ratings: Redskins

Well I don't like to look at the Madden roster as the final 53 of the Real Redskins, and it never takes in account the break out players for which none of us know. Also with out Jamaal Brown and without knowing what we have in TW yet this isw more of a fantasy deal then anything of actual fact.

Madden is cool and fun, but is not a very good indication of how teams may fare year in and year out.

Bingo. Digital 1's and 0's don't suit up on Sundays.
