one point for optimism is that, in his last 2 appearances against them, ramsey has been pretty good (except for when he threw that pass to nd kalu, hehe). in fact, we were one 2 point conversion away from tying them last time, to certainly win in ot. the thing that amazes me about the eagles is that no one has really exploited their cornerbacks deep yet, and while those guys are getting good, they are still far from taylor and vincent. with the line stacked against portis, i think ramsey will have a great opportunity to make the kind of throw we all wanted brunell to make. that will open up portis for a 200 yard day, if we complete even one pass over 25.
the other thing i worry about is us blitzing, getting to the qb, but having our guys just bounce off of him - he's tough to tackle. hopefully, williams can stress rapping up his legs, cos i know smoot and springs love to do that torpedo tackle on blitzes, and that's trouble with mcnabb. TO will catch a td but he will also get laid out and spit on by taylor. portis 150, ramsey 17-26, 189, 2 TD, skins win 27-21. yeah! |

Philly's D is gonna go after Ramsey with tons of blitz packages. That's gonna be tough to counter seeing that our O-line has not been very good all season.
I see Philly pretty much dominating this game from start to finish. Ramsey has not looked very good this year & I can not see him shining against a perrenial championship caliber football team. Maybe against the Cowgirls in a few weeks, but not against Andy Reid & his high fueled machine.

Its great to see all the Skins fans predicting a Skins victory.
Unfortunately, I couldn't help but notice the way McNabb and TO simply tore up the Cowboys. I think our D is stronger, but those guys are just too tough right now, and their blitzing defense will definately force Ramsey into making 1 or 2 mistakes. Eagles: 28 Redskins: 14 |

I just asked my magic 8 Ball if the REDSKINS would beat Philly this weekend. It said "very likely".
So I think the Redskins will win 27 to 21. :cool-smil

I don't think our D will give up more than one touchdown, I see Ramsey having a break out game with the whole team looking reborn. 24-12 Redskins.
I see me turning my apartment into something resembling a scene from Apocalype Now if they lose to the Weasels. |

Its a blood bath this weekend in Philly. Our defense will be on the field too much. Eagles win easily 34-10.

I'll have some of what Riggo is smokin'! I think we'll give the Beagles a tough fight, but not tough enough. I think the outcome of this game will hinge on how well we can establish CP on the ground. If we get him rockin' against the Philly D, they'll have to overload the box which should open up the passing game for Ramsey. The more the 'Skins D is off the field, the better off we'll be 'cause that will mean McNabb and TO aren't on the field. And yes, we might just see a psych war all day long between TO, Smooty, and Punky Taylor. With all that said, I hope I'm wrong, but I'm calling the game Eagles 27, Skins 24

We could loss and I would just be happy to see Sean Taylor knock that smile off TOs face. If that happens in the first half Skins win by three.

If the OL finally turns up and blocks for Portis and Ramsey, then I think Skins 21 Eagles 17. If not, then I hate to think how bad it can get.

Eagles 30
Skins 10 PR throws 4 pick that lead to Philly scores. TO & Taylor get into a brawl. |
