OMG. Ok, I'm thinking along those lines, but god you can't say that here. These fans who believe he's the next god will eat you alive. tisk, tisk.

As I said before, I think the only reason we had success last year was the coaches changed the offense to be more like Baylor's just for RG3 so he was not called a bust his first year. Now they want to get back to their style of offense (which quite a few fans here should be happy cause they kept saying the college read option was going to go no where). Maybe Cousins fits MS's style of offense better then RG3 does but they were hoping RG3 and all his abilities would pan out for them. < and he still might but they have to do some developing in the off season and hope he's a quick study.

Maybe, I thought I had heard that after the Chiefs game the local news said "now the team is completely eliminated." Could be wrong though.

Doesn't matter but I did not see it mentioned...Royster on IR now and we promoted Jawan Jamison to the 53.

Re: Kirk Cousins Expected To Start Sunday

Does McNabb realize everytime he opens his mouth he's embarrassing himself? He acts like he was a victim of the Shanahans and tries every opportunity to get his digs in when in reality he sucked. The Eagles knew it and dumped him, the Skins were stupid to pick him up but did and learned how much he sucked. He moves on to the Vikings and continued to suck.

I'm embarrassed for him for opening his mouth and acting like his whole situation was something other then HE SUCKED.

Donovan McNabb blasts Mike Shanahan for RGIII benching

RG3 is the new McNabb same situation. Kyle and Mike blaming the QB for their lack of offense, defense or special teams. McNabb sucked but he was still better than Grossman.

Shanny did not need make RGIII inactive. He could have simply resolved not to play him for the rest of the season and kept that decision to himself.

I suppose that plan was just too simple to suit the devious career machinations of all the parties involved. It's this last part that makes the Redskins franchise a joke.
That would have made good reason 3 to 5 games back but why would he try to spark the team after we are out of the playoffs?

He never does. He might still believe he should stay.

I don't think I have heard either of them blame RGIII for the lack of production.

I guess that makes two people then - him and Mike Shanahan himself.

Why change a system that got you to the playoffs, if it ain't broke don't fix it. That would mean Shannhan is an idiot if he arbitrarily changed the offense. Illogical, damn it Jim I'm a phaser technician not a nursing assistant.

Not sure if I should be excited about this or not. On one hand if they valued him that much perhaps he has some success, on the other hand I have seen the Shanahans' recent evaluation of QB talent and it is worrisome.

Re: Kirk Cousins Expected To Start Sunday

Did anyone else consider the possibility that Shanahan just forgot that the the rams have our 1st round pick? Maybe he's tanking on purpose for a great draft pick.
