Re: Chargers at WFT GameDay thread
Agree. Those changes I thought they would make at the half.....they didnt. Same area we're exposed. They neutralized our pass rush, and deeper than that we have piss poor linebackers, and a very mediocre secondary against a very good qb.

Re: Chargers at WFT GameDay thread
i don't think that was what costs the game. it an inability to get off the field on 3rd down. you have a 3rd and 16 you get the fuck off the field if you are a good defense.

Re: Chargers at WFT GameDay thread
What a disappointing beginning to the season. Tress Way is the only one who comes to play consistently. We got pushed around at “home” (whatever that means). If this season spirals, and with the schedule it could, there will be more than a few unflattering team name suggestions. Depressing. Not ready to declare the season over after one game by any means, but what an underwhelming start.

WJ was awesome today, Fuller is what he is, ok player nothing special. The DL sucked ass that’s why we lost, call it like it is, CY didn’t do shit all game. Sweat made one great play, Allen and Payne were absent . So much for This scary Defense

Re: Chargers at WFT GameDay thread
Del Rio coached like a soft bitch. blitz on 3rd and 16 you bitch and get Herbert to throw the ball quickly and make a tackle. he sucked so bad today. Tanya and Dan should hold his paycheck for cause he didn't do his job.

Re: Chargers at WFT GameDay thread
Eagles look good. After we lose to the Giants we might never get out of the basement this year.
We got out-hustled, out-coached, and out played. Our defense is not great. Our secondary might not even be good. My biggest problem is our offense though. You are not going to win many games scoring 16 points. They came all the way across the country to our house and we put up 16 points? That is fucking awful. People are going to be really disappointed after this year is done, but what is worse is next year will be more of the same. |

The franchise might as well as closed shop in 1992. We have turned into an absolute loser franchise. We're right there with Detroit, etc.

Re: Chargers at WFT GameDay thread
TJ Watt is legit, he has 2 sacks today and has wrecked havoc. Joey Bosa is legit as he was all over us today. CY and Sweat were nowhere

Re: Chargers at WFT GameDay thread
Herbert was getting the ball out quickly for the most part. Can't say that he had all day back there. It wasn't super quick, but he had it out in like 2.5-3 seconds every time. The line didn't have to hold em long....but without lb play and mediocre secondary....it was a recipe for disaster. No time for the dl to really get in there.

I can't wait to see a game where Heineken plays a full game, and has a full week of 1st team reps.

He’s a good QB but he’s not a legit #1. He’ll do a solid job but he better have some good OL help to get the job done. If we lost to NY Thursday it’s gonna be a LONG season

Re: Chargers at WFT GameDay thread
Loser teams like us find ways to lose. This is a loser franchise. And we're all stuck with them.
