I was just wondering how after his 2009 pre-season performance and getting outplayed by a 5' 10" UDFA rookie he came away with an 84 THA?

So, I just play it on All-Pro. I usually win by a margin of 80+, but now it's more about godly stats and than actually winning. My biggest win was 150-0 (against the Cowboys), I have thrown for over 1,000 yards in a single game, and I have tallied 15 sacks by a single player in a single game (all on All-Pro).

Anyone else have some crazy achievements?
yeah, that is the only reason to play anymore. I haven't bought any Maddens since 2007 and I used to play on All-Pro level just to get absurd stats.

The one I am most proud of was most kickoff returns for TDs in a game. I would let them score on their first touch to get in as many attempts as possible. I think I got like 9 in a game.

Alot of talk about nothing. Remember three or four years ago when Ethan Albright was the lowest rated player in the game. LOL..

Re: Madden 11 player ratings: Redskins

Hi, John, my name is Ethan Albright.

I play line for the Washington Redskins. You probably already knew that, so I’ll continue. I am writing in regards to the overall player rating of 53 that I have received in Madden NFL Football 2007. I feel that this is f**king bullsh!t and you should kiss my mother-f**king a$$.

Ahmed Carroll was rated a 78 and the Packers just cut his ass on a Tuesday morning after his performance in a Monday night game. That is pretty terrible. The worst part is that his overall rating was sniffing 80.

You know what, John? Two can play this game. I rate you a ****ing 12. I rate you a ****ing 12 in Ethan Albright Football 2000-ever… except for in the category of ball-licking. That is where I will spot you a 98 rating. You will receive this score because I will never give your blubbery ass a 99 in any category. Take that, pencil-d!ck. Go do Al Michaels or something.

Boom. Score one for Red Beard.

Re: Madden 11 player ratings: Redskins

dont the player ratings update thru the playstation network every week now???? so, if one player truly has a breakout season, it reflects that in this years madden, instead of having to wait until the next season.

I like that part of madden now, but you have to have a broadband network for it to work, or else you keep the original ratings...............

It's somewhat funny. I guess not really anymore to me just because I've seen it so many times. I mean if he actually wrote it I might still find it funny.

Re: Madden 11 player ratings: Redskins

I think I only read that one time, and I hadn't seen it in awhile so I threw it up for those who may be to lazy to click the link.

If Ethan had wrote it, now then it would be timeless!

I have avoided the Madden Ratings threads over the years. Although I am a big fan of Madden, but I agree with others on the site it needs a big overhaul as far as how they could use the engine in the 360 and the ps3. The game could be huge, and instead of buying it each year they could just give us an upgrade as that is all the new ones ever are. The never changes much, just minor tweaks nothing serious as far as the look or play.

What about Kemo at the NT spot? I like AH at the DE spot.

Where is Capers and Cook? Madden never quite gets the rookies right.

Also is Landry really an 89 after last years performances. He got burnt like toast!
Remember Madden 2011 releases Aug 12 so they make the team rosters on speculation who they think will make the team. If you play online the update roster throughout entire seasons.

The QB rating is best on short, middle, and long range. Colt is more accurate in the short range. McNabb is better long range when rated.
