I really like what Gibbs & Co. did finding talent in the draft last year. Taylor is a freak. Cooley has been a great addition to our offense, Wilson stepped in and had a great game at tackle ( granted it was only one game ). Milinaro, we havent really seen play. That not withstanding, they seem to have found some good talent and lower picks (outside of Taylor). Therfore, I think we could trade down and still have alot of success filling holes on the team.

In my opinion, talent is evenly thin at all positions in this year's draft. So the 'starter caliber' players may go fast. Check this out. How about going two or more for just one? If we draft a legitimate pass rusher like James or Roth, Our CBs and LBs won't have to cover recievers as long, thus making them better. That's why I'm against re-signing Smoot for a lot of dough!

I really haven't had a chance to evaluate the o-linemen available to see if one would be justified being taken with a high draft pick..........if there is no boss "HOG" out there, then trade down and pick extra picks and take an o-linemen later........we also need DE, and I'd look for a WR replacement and dump Gardner...............
