This is not a bad idea although you may want a slower prop plane. The Blue Angels, if they drag banners at all, will be gone too fast to really allow reading of the banner.

If you want to surprise her at the game, why not hide the ring in her popcorn or something like that?

If you wanna do it cheaply just strip naked and run onto the field at halftime, with "WILL YOU" on your front and "MARRY ME" on your butt cheeks.

That'll get you on the HD Board.
