Honestly, if his body could take MORE plastic surgery, I would love to see him turn himself black again, and restructure his face to look like he did pre-Thriller. It could be an episode of "I Want a Famous Face" and Michael Jackson could say, "I want to look JUST like Michael Jackson and not an alien covered in laquer".
