Re: Redskins Notes (3/31): K Wright, Evans etc
On a side note is it just me or does Larry Michael look like a massive tool whenever he wears a jersey? I mean doesnt he know how to wear a jersey? Here is a link to him wearing Randle el's jersey, www.redskins.com

Re: Redskins Notes (3/31): K Wright, Evans etc
While it's nice to have Evans back, I think we have a glut of players on DL. We already have Griffin, Salave'a (spelling?), Killings, Boschetti, and Aki Jones at DT. And now we have Daniels, Wynn, Carter, Evans, and Nic Clemons at DE. Crazy.

I'm still in the camp of those who say that an overhaul of this line is going to be needed sooner rather than later. And that camp has been mysteriously silent recently. Oh sure, each offseason the front office will give lip service to the D-line by signing a player or two. Last year, we passed up what I thought would have been a steal in the fourth round of the draft when 6'7" Chris Canty, the defensive end from UVA was still available. The Skins got yet another H-back in Manuel White instead. It just seems like the defensive line is forever on the back-burner with these guys. One day, it'll come up to bite them. |
