if you take away the first run, take away the 7 1 yarders at the end too, and his average will seem better again. Running out the clock is a great way to kill your average, as is playing a good defense... well, usually

Some of the arguments posted here are so petty and inconsequential. I know we would like to have a lively dialogue, but some of you really need to get a life. Clinton Portis did his job period. His ground attack won the game for us. Gibbs should fire the referee in the tent booth for missing that apparent first down by Brunell. The receivers blocked, the defense shut tampa down and we all slept good that night and soared into work the next day with a R on our chest!

Monday was a good day, but was the offense a A, B, or C. IF not a A what was missing. This is what is being debated. The idea here is to rate the offense and tell why. Obviuosly the D got a A. But seems like the poll for O is a B, WHY?????

the passing game sucked and the run blocking could have been better... they were both good enough though.

I see what you're saying, but I think it's just been a long offseason and we're jumping all over every little detail right now. Things will simmer down.

Aside from 1 run they were average or below.
In the 3rd quarter they were 3 and out 4 times.
They pretty much stunk for 50 minutes of the game.
