Welll......Gruden is a HARD ASS disciplinarian. I would welcome it, and I believe most of the players would? They would like to.....win
AND, those that cannot embrace a NEW winning attitude can GET THE F... OUT!

I am talking about the treatment L. Coles and B. Johnson got when they fell into disfavor, they were not just shown the door - DS had to give them a little sumthin, sumthin (refusing to shake Johnson's hand after a victory, the "Big-Screen" TV comment to Coles - there may be others that we just haven't heard about, the Ice Cream incident with Nolan). Maybe I am reading it wrong, but it seems that Snyder can be very petty.

I don't specifically know. I know of other owners doing things for certain players that they wouldn't do for others, but I don't really know of any examples of treatment in the opposite direction.

I don't think Snyder is as petty overall as he used to be, but that's just based on limited knowledge of what's really happening these days inside Redskins Park. When I was more on the inside I do know that he was surrounded by petty people in his ownership group and front office (the business side, not the football side so much). All those people are now gone

From what I've read, it comes across that Zorn is a guy who doesn't want to get his hands dirty with personnel decisions. He's seems ready to march Campbell in front of another patchwork offensive line, instead of talking with Cerrato and Snyder about getting some OLine help before the trade deadline. But I also think Zorn is completely in over his head now, and he's just trying to keep his head afloat...
