Kaepernick

I support this post. We have absolutely nothing to lose at this point. Snyder hast to see that there痴 no risk but everything to gain.

Do it #DanSnyder. Taking @Kaepernick7 in from the cold might work. You値l be absolved for the #FosterClaim booboo and you値l inoculate yourself and the #HTTR brand from racism. If it works, your moment will have come. It it fails, you値l have done us right and lost little. @czabe

Just so I understand your post. The Skins get Peterson who whipps his kids, you just claimed Foster who kicks and slaps girls...........and you think bringing in a QB who has his own set of problems (in to Washington DC of all place's) and hasn't seen a field in almost three years in will solve your problem and make people not call the Skin's a Racist organization( No ,I don't think it is) ..is that right?

Look I love Kaep as much as the next radical black militant feminist. But he痴 not coming here or anywhere for numerous reasons some valid some not but I wish people would just let it go.

Re: Kapernick

Doesn't Kaepernick have a law suit out against the NFL right now, anyway? I'm thinking teams might be staying away from him for that particular reason. I'm not the biggest fan of Kaepernick, but I do feel he's the best available QB, and the 'skins probably don't have anything to lose by picking him up. I just don't know if CK would be wiling to sign for beans and franks, because I don't know what the 'skins would have left to pay the man at this point.

Every time I think I remember everything wrong with the guy I get reminded of something else. For someone who supposedly had a high GPA in school he sure gets talked into doing stupid crap. No one colluded against him. Simple fact, with all his baggage he would have to be an elite QB to get a job, not the 3rd string QB material he is.

You seem triggered, angry in fact. Emotional. Is everything okay?

"Talked" into stupid crap? Its interesting that you assume that he can't make decisions on his own. I didn't know protesting was stupid crap.

If no one colluded against him then why did his collusion case move forward?

because that is the way our justice system is supposed to work, an aggrieved party can file suit and be heard. The respondents are presumed innocent until an actual finding of the court.

Just a quick point that's sometimes lost in the shuffle. Kaepernick's collusion case "moved forward" only because it survived a motion to have the arbitrator enter a judgment in the league's favor prior to the full/final hearing. So that's sort of like saying that there's some sort of factual dispute on an important issue, without determining how strong the dispute actually is. So the claim has to go through to the hearing. If Kaepernick's claim was really strong, his attorneys would have filed their own motion to have the arbitrator find in his favor, prior to the full hearing, but apparently they did not.
