Re: Longwell

Is anyone a wake at Redskins park? SF resigned thier kicker as well. The 49ers did better I think.

Re: Longwell

Get Adam Vinatari and we'll never have Mike Husted problems again.

Yeah but didn't you listen to my argument, no more Mike Husted problems. No more 'man we lost the game b/c our kicker sucks.' On the other hand your probably right but if we can get him for under 2 mil a year I'm for it.

If Longwell signed five-year, $10 million deal, there is no way vinitieri would be under 2 mil. he is going to sign a record contract for a kicker somewhere in the next couple days

Re: Longwell a Viking

damn, longwell is the youngest good kicker available. since we haven't made any moves, we're either drafting one in the 6th or settling for another year of crappy kicking and punting.

I had Longwell picked as our first move.

I think the Vikings got a good deal.

Re: Longwell a Viking

maybe after two years of getting injured and being terrible, john hall can rebound... i'm not so sure though and the draft is NOT a place to get a kicker this year. next year there's a crazy good prospect though.
