I just thought you guys might find this interesting. Here's the number of coaches on the redskins that have had previous nfl head coach, offensive coordinator, or defensive coordinator titles/experience (not counting one person twice in two positions):

Offense:
3 Head Coaches (including gibbs)
Saunders
Bugel
1 Offensive Coordinator
Burns

Defense:
1 Head Coach
G. Williams
3 Defensive Coordinators:
Blache
Lindsey
Gray

So all together that's 4 previous head coaches (incl. gibbs) and 4 previous offensive/defensive coordinators. Damn that's a lot of experience, which does not even include the other assistants' "lesser" previous nfl experience. Some teams are lucky to hire just 1 coach with head coaching experience.
