best infomerical
Have you guys seen the infomercial for the Magic Bullet? I think this might be the worst informercial ever, but at the same time it's one of those things you just can't stop watching.
I have to admit that we bought one, and it works pretty good too |

Re: best infomerical
You mean the one with that woman who's dressed to be the "old bag" and has the fake cigarette?

Re: best infomerical
I'm a big fan of the informercial for the Nicer Dicer. It's like, "Tired of chopping like this?" and it has footage of this woman who looks like they gave a retard a machete and told them to go nuts.

Re: best infomerical
It's basically just a mini high speed blender. Works great for making frozen drinks since it grinds up the ice really nice, also good for making pesto sauce, crap like that. We don't really use it as much as we thought we would when we bought it. I guess we just always forget about it. I'd like to try to make some salsa with it sometime. Maybe for the opening Monday nighter!

Re: best infomerical
Fiancee keeps wanting to buy it just because we're amazed at all the crap they make on the commercial. She's a sucker.

Re: best infomerical
The best infomericial is the one who's slogan is "Set it, and forget it!".
I cant stop laughing when I watch that crap.

Have you seen his knife infomercials? You get like 4709 knives for 8 bucks. It is ridiculous. The magic bullet one is the best though. They are like "You just made a fabolous guacamole in 6 seconds!" They forget the part where you spent half an hour cutting up the ingredients. Classic! |
