the definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results.As a skins fan since 92 i've went through the same ole song and dance over and over again.each year i prep myself with hype of new players or draft picks to just end with a 4-12 or 5-11 or if im lucky 9-7 with a weak playoff performance.So sorry if im not happy go lucky with a we'll get them next year attitude.If i was GM for a year just one year this would be my plan.

1)Let Joe Gibbs retire.the guy is a legend and hall of famer but he's like a charoit in a los angeles freeway.He's out of his league at this point.he did lead us to a great finish dont get me wrong but the fire isnt there.I would go for Cowher or even Billick.A coach that would make you accountable for your actions.

2)Draft Calais Campbell young defensive end in this years draft.He would fit Williams scheme perfectly and compliment Carter on the other side.We need that strong pass rushing game that will allow us to compete against the N.F.C's best quarterbacks i.e. Romo,Manning and Mcnabb

3)Draft or sign a big possesions reciever like Bryant Johnson or Malcolm Floyd.Moss is out of the question since he'll more likely resign with the pats.

4)Sign Micheal Turner the San diego chargers back-up.He didnt get much playing time this year but he's the best back-up running back in the league.He would be a starter on any other team.With Portis never really healthly all season he'll do a whole lot better then betts.And would punch the ball in on those goalline stands

The list can keep going on and on. As for me we need some serious change.i'm tired of cheering up a back-up team cause my boys got knocked out or didnt even come close to making it. i know im not alone.

Isn't going to happen. Better fasten your seatbelt, I get the feelings Gibbs isn't gonna hang it up till we win another Superbowl. No matter how long it takes.

yeah and thats scary. Because he truly loved us then he'll take a step back to get us in better position.I would do it for just anybody but if its a strong coach with good background history then step down
