Redskins Lunch Off The Air In Richmond
Im not sure many of you are local to Richmond, but Redskins lunch from 12-1 everyday plays on espn radio 950. Lately it hasn’t been on so I emailed Buck Albritton (Station Manager 950) and he replied that Redskins lunch was taken off the air because its not close to football season. Instead we get Colin cowTURD. If any of you have a miunte to waste shot this idiot an email and ask for your Redskins lunch back. Thanks…

Re: Redskins Lunch Off The Air In Richmond
If you're talking about the Bram Weinstein Show, the same thing happened here in Virginia Beach. The station said that there wasn't much going on, no reason to be at Redskin Park everyday, so now we have Jim Rome.
And now Beemnseven doesn't listen. |

Re: Redskins Lunch Off The Air In Richmond
dmek and Beemnseven
Just give the show two weeks, if you don't like it after two weeks, your still wrong... j/k ![]() In all seriousness though, I like Jim Rome, I've been listening to him since 1997 and he's matured a lot over the past 11 years. I also think he's a very good interviewer, but I also understand he's not for everybody. His show never really works in Hampton Roads so I have just resorted to listening to him on the internet as he usually doesn't last longer than a couple of months on the air out here before he's replaced by something else...in any event he beats Colin CowTURD in spades. /War Warpath //I'm out... lol

On a related note I really like Chris Myers in the afternoon on FOX. Nothing personal SS but SportsNation is god-awful now with that lineup of John Seibel and Orestes Destrade. Bring back Erik Kuselias! |

Re: Redskins Lunch Off The Air In Richmond
Yes anyone can listen online; but I want it back on the local espn radio station here in Richmond. Take 2 minutes from your day and email the guy in the 1st post and tell him you want Redskins radio back on the air in Richmond. Thanks.

Re: Redskins Lunch Off The Air In Richmond
I live in Chesterfield just south of Richmond where they have pulled skins lunch in favor of Colin Cowherd.
I just sent an e-mail to the guy Ever since this happened I've just switched to 910 and listened to Jim Rome during the lunch hour. |

Re: Redskins Lunch Off The Air In Richmond
Damn, no love for Collin? He's one of the straightest shooters on radio. Rather than play the fence like Mike and Mike, he delivers. I like him i don't always agree with him but its nice to hear someone tell it like it is and not waiver.
