San Diego Puts Jamal Williams on IR

San Diego Chargers put Jamal Williams on injured reserve - ESPN

This might seem kind of random now but considering we close the season against San Diego this could end up being big news. Apparently Williams replacement is a practice squad player but San Diego is always deep when it comes to talent and I can't help but imagine that they haven't had someone sharing reps with him up to this point considering his age.

I would have to think they'll trade for some help before the deadline. And where's LT these days?

Wonder if they would be interested in Montgomery?

I don't think it's beyond the question. Actually, it's possible that Griffin could be on the block before Monty or Gholston. I wouldn't be suprised to see one of the three go before the season ends.

The only problem is that SD is shorthanded on the OL after the Oakland game and that's what we need or I guess a LB would do.
