I was just saying in another thread we should be really healthy after the bye, LOL, so much for that.

If Barrow can't go this week I think it's time to shut him down. It's good to see a decision should be coming soon on him.

With the emergence of Pierce you have to wonder if Barrow will ever see the field as a Redskin. Depends on his cap figures though.

No kidding. How much more time can they give this guy?

Man I sure hope Arrington is ok!

We need to sign Ola Kimrin for the season. A hamstring injury for a kicker is not going to get better with the cold weather deep into the season. I was a little surprised with the exit of Jones but Gibbs should have signed Barrow to the IR three weeks ago. It seems that Barrow hasn't shown any improvement despite what he says. Gibbs needs to activate Sultan McCollough just to mix the running game up a little. Portis should not have to carry 32 times a game for us to win. At this point, I'm sure people are talking in the locker room. Nobody's safe and that's a good thing.

Sunra, give the Sultan thing a rest. Clinton and Ladell are more then suffcient to handle the load. Expect Clinton to start getting 36 - 38 carries a game. This is typical Gibbs offense, "play him till his tongue is hanging out" If you were a fan in the 80's, Mr. Football, you would know this is the Gibbs way. Oh I forgot you think you should be takenning over for Vinny C.

SUNRA thinks its the defense's fault we're not scoring enough points and that mccollough is the best back on the team and wonders why i don't agree with everything he says...

portis can and will carry is 30+ times a game, he wants to, and gibbs wants him to... betts is much much better than sultan and he'll get whatever portis and gibbs let him have... and if there's an injury, ROCK and CHAD will go in before sultan has even the slightest of chances to get on the field...

there's 31 other teams that are free to pick him up at ANY point, yet 7 weeks in, no ones even offered him a minimum contract... nothing... you're seeing something that absolutely no GM or coach participating in NFL sees, so please try not to take it personally when I side with the other 99% or the arguement.

Sunra...the more I read your posts..the more I wonder if you actually have a clue what you are talking about. Does the name Betts enter your mind? Why would the Skins sign someone else when they have a perfectly capable backup RB who rushed for 2 first downs when it was 3rd and long in last weeks game.

The way the D is playing without him, it would be interesting to see what the skins could get in a trade for LA.

The loss of a true Redskin and a huge cap hit. No thanks.
