Are you freaking kidding me!? Its a dog! If you don't know who to give your money too; just give it to the Church or a Charity. Anything but an animal! I mean, what is an animal going to do with 3 million? NOTHING!!!! Talk about a waste! And if they want to go throwing money away like that they should pay more in taxes!
