trotter or barrow???

There have been some rumors that the skins are interested in signing Barrow and now that Butler was signed by the rams we have a little more money to play with. Would it be worth it to sign Barrow?? He is going to want a good amount of money, maybe close to what Trotter is getting. Why would we sign Barrow for a similar amount of money when Trotter is just as good if not better, younger, and already under contract. If we release Trotter and sign Barrow it seems pointless. You might be thinking that Trotter had a bad season last year however look at how bad our D-line was, which makes linebackers look terrible, and he was just coming back from a torn acl. I say we give him at least another year to see what he does and if his contract is an issue in 2005 try to restructure it. any thoughts?
