I thought So Many People Where Looking For Work

So I have had an add out for over a week now with only one response. That response was half a$$ and she then called back to ask if she could use me for her unemployment. My add is pretty open to just about anyone so its not like I'm limitting it too much. I called someone else looking for and employee and they are having the same problem. I had more calls coming in before I placed my add from people just looking for umemployment referals and now that I actual need someone they are no where to be found. I say its time to start kicking people off unemployment and making them go back to work.
