Which QB Fits Best?

So there are four QBs that, with varying degrees of serious, we tried to acquire in recent years and didn't.

So here's the question. Let's put aside what it would have cost us to get the player. I just want to know which QB and their talent and skill set would be the best fit for our offense assuming the current roster (all healthy).

And yes, for the purposes of this thread, let's assume that somehow we have Bradford and Trent Williams.

I would say Bradford.

Voted Cutler... big arm, mobile- fits the Shanahan mold (probably why he drafted him...)

I think Bradford but like the current QBs he wouldnt have any RBs, WRs, or an O line so he'd be pretty helpless.

Cutler. Already worked in a Shannahan offense. Could have been successful here.

I went with Bradford but Cutler is a close second in my mind. I think I'm one of those people who think Cutler is better than he actually might be.

Re: Which QB Fits Best?

I will say Bradford...but we would definitely be in good shape with Cutler also. I like Locker but it's hard to consider him over Bradford or Cutler without having ever seen him take an NFL snap.

Re: Which QB Fits Best?

Alright, I'm the only idiot so far who picked Sanchez. lol. I'm the "1".

Cutler we have seen in this style of offense and he's Grossman2. Maybe a little better but not much

Bradford might make a good QB in the system but I just don't picture him as a big scrambler and when playing the Skins he kept stepping right up into pressure. Not good decisions.

Locker. Hmm. I don't know. I don't picture him scrambling for his life either. But I don't think I've seen enough of him lately.

Sanchez has shown poise in the pocket, shown he can roll out and pass the ball on the move, and shown he can run for the 1st down if he needs to. This is a bad year for him which I'm not sure if it's the OL or what.

Cutler is not Grossman! He may be the most under rated player in the league. People bash him because they don't like his facial expressions...sort of the same rap Eli gets. The guy has elite talent...we would be contending for the division right now if he were on the roster.

Every year has been a bad year for him, despite all the talen around him. I think hes the most overrated QB in the nfl.

Re: Which QB Fits Best?

I would say Bradford follow by Sanchez. Most people would say Cutler to me he has a gunslinger and gambler mentality which I don't like.

This is sort of true...if it were not for the playoff wins he would be approaching bust category. He has had some nice playoff performances which earns him a free pass with a lot of people but his regular seasons have not been good for the most part.
