Is there really that much of a difference between punting the ball here 12 times per game vs 3 times per game somewhere else? Maybe he wants continuity for his family. Not like a punter is going to command crazy money in any market.

I was just thinking, if I was BS I would reach out to my contacts in the league and try to land a huge contract, with a winning team, and a great culture.

Right now, this team is doing everything they can to keep Norman on the active roster, without putting him in the game, because he has a roster bonus. Literally, they are bringing guys in of the street to play in front of him.

Tell me that doesn't run through the locker room...

If I am Scherrf i am waiting to see how the new CBA works out AND what changes are made within the organization. I wouldn't be in any rush to sign a contract unless it was top 3 OL money.

I believe what BS does in free agency will be one of the best indicators of how the organization is being run.

He is elite. He can go where he wants. He also has first hand knowledge of what's going on in the building.

We'll see how it goes.
