Washington v. Denver: The Stats

Washington at Denver

Redskins 14th OFF; Broncos 6th DEF

Redskins 6th rushing; Broncos 4th vs. run

Redskins 20th passing; Broncos 19th vs. pass

Redskins 26th points; Broncos 9th points allowed

Broncos 19th OFF; Redskins 5th DEF

Broncos 3rd rushing; Redskins 5th vs. run

Broncos 25th passing; Redskins 17th vs. pass

Broncos 14th points; Redskins 4th points allowed

Broncos +5 TO; Redskins -4 TO

The Redskins have rushed for only one touchdown in their last six games going back to last season.

The Broncos have won 17 of their last 19 home games but only nine of their last 20 on the road (including playoffs).

The Redskins are 3-0 for the first time since 1991, with victories by two points, one point and three points.

With 119 yards rushing last week, the Seahawks broke the Redskins’ seven-game streak of allowing fewer than 100 yards rushing.

Broncos CB Champ Bailey’s streak of 99 consecutive starts ended when he was inactive last week with a hamstring injury. Bailey had started every regular-season game since entering the league in 1999.

"The broncs have won 17 of their last 19 at home"

That isn't looking good for us.

Turnovers might be the key in this game--look at the stats for the two teams--we can't keep a perfect record with -4 turnovers. . .

Man! That is almost as bad as us not beating the Cowboys in Irving

since 199 - whoops! The way I see it, they are due for a loss! :headbange

Well, I say records are made to be broken. It was more difficult for us to go down in Dallas and pull out a win than playing in Denver. We broke that losing streak, now watch us bulldose through this one.
