If you're qualified professional you should have no problem telling your boss "no" because you should be skilled enough in what you're doing. If your boss doesn't like the way you work then you can find work and pay elsewhere, if you are a skilled enough worker.
...believe me...if you're a skilled worker companies will walk on eggshells around you. If the opposite is true, then you'll have to walk on eggshells around "the boss".
It just goes to show Zorn's ineptitude overall as a professional head coach. This is no fault of his own but Cerrato who brought in someone who could be easily influenced by money and advancement and not someone who is a qualified professional and thus has to walk on eggshells around the boss.
Your boss won't ever fire you for doing your job.
