If Zorn can't see that this team is sinking fast he shouldn't be the HC anyways. If they can work together to find a solution that gets this team headed in the right direction then everybody will be happy. It's ridiculous to say he should refuse. Well said. Plus most of the fans here don't have the balls to tell their on boss no. I think its a good idea for Zorn to give up play calling, just look at our offense this season.

If you're qualified professional you should have no problem telling your boss "no" because you should be skilled enough in what you're doing. If your boss doesn't like the way you work then you can find work and pay elsewhere, if you are a skilled enough worker.

...believe me...if you're a skilled worker companies will walk on eggshells around you. If the opposite is true, then you'll have to walk on eggshells around "the boss".


It just goes to show Zorn's ineptitude overall as a professional head coach. This is no fault of his own but Cerrato who brought in someone who could be easily influenced by money and advancement and not someone who is a qualified professional and thus has to walk on eggshells around the boss.

I totally agree. If JZ was really confident in his skills he would have resigned when VC told him they were taking away the playcalling.
