We made the playoffs twice with Gibbs 2.0, and went 8-8 with Cerrato and Zorn inheriting the team in 2008. Gibbs' stint set back nothing, except the aforementioned suckitude.

I agree with Paintrain that Gibbs deserves some blame for trading draft picks away left and right. He had the final say on such matters. It seems that it doesn't matter who the coach is. The culture here is not conducive to building a winner. That starts at the top.
