Also, the 103M is based on Rule of 51. 5 guys are tied at #52 on our current roster are:

Tony Pashos
Jerome Murphy
Vic So'oto
Roddrick Muckelroy
Maurice Hurt

and they are all tied at $550K with no dead money. So 2 of those guys would be 1.1M against the cap once the season starts. With Overthecap.com showing us with 1.2M, we could go into the season as everything stands, but would have absolutely no room for the inevitable IR's that happen.
