Siriani probably wants a high octane passing attack with their shiny new receivers but has come to the same conclusion as everyone else, Hurts isn't suited to that kind of offence. They paid virtually nothing for Minshew, especially when you consider how much we gave up for Kyle Allen, so they have multiple options and, given the lack of good backups in tge league, if a starting quarterback goes down injured before the trade deadline they can flip one of them for a high pick.
