Can't really call it a horrible move. No one can predict injuries, they are just part of the sport. You just try to sign guys you think can improve the team. It's unfortunate, but it's normal.

Didn't know that. They agreed to a deal in March and at the time he had played in 31 of his last 32 games. Must not have been a concern if he was.
Anyway, it sucks that he hasn't been able to contribute much yet. |
