Not a horror movie, but the Godfather comes to mind. Not that Snyder is anything like a mafioso. Those films were loaded with the mantras, respect and loyalty. Yet the whole structure was corrupt, evil, and rotten to the core.

Snyder is a more buffoonish version. Always babbling about winning and tradition. Yet he has corrupted the organization to the point where it is rotten to the core.
