LOL, way to take the statement out of context .He was responding to a question about a "lost locker room" .He never mentioned Washington , Washington isn't the only team to have that type thing happen ,relax .

I saw article This morning that Washington has fixed the railing where the fans fell by putting it back up and holding it with three zip ties(saw the pics),OMG this organization never fails to suck beyond expectations

To be fair, that was the last home game of the season. I am sure that they will have properly fixed it by next season.

TBF likely just a temporary solution until they can get a work crew in. There's nothing happening there now until the next non-football event and we're not in the playoffs so no chance of another football crowd for 9 months.

The fact it failed in the first place is more of a worry. Shouldn't the stadia be surveyed periodically to prevent such occurring?

You can tell hes a bama.

Skins legal/PR actually put out a competent statement.

First, said the eagles fans were in a handicap designated area which they werent supposed to be. Important bc these fans went from business invitees (owed high standard of care) to now trespassers of sorts (much lower standard .. basically no lethal traps like collapsing floors that drop Eagles fans into a swimming pool full of sharks with laser beams). Fans said a security guard said they could go ... court factual determination.

Imagine going into the "employees only" back area of a Costco warehouse and suing bc you slipped on some water.

Second they addressed the "intended use" of the railings saying they werent intended to be weight/load bearing as they were in a handicap designated area. This is more product liability defense as the victim ha to use the product in its intended and reasonable use.

I cant use a glass window as a diving board then sue Thompson Creek bc I shredded my leg with broken glass.

-------------

They def had legal in on that PR statement.

and fuck Jalen Hurts

Screw Hurts. How about all of the thuggish behavior and injuries at Eagles games caused by Eagles fans? Want to write to the league about that?

So almost every week opposing NFL coaches do a conference call with local beat reporters. Been going on for decades. And on the week he takes shots at the Washington Football Team, Giants HC Joe Judge has declined the conference call with DC media.

If you go around telling everyone you are not a clown show ... you might be a clown show.

The Giants packed it in weeks ago, I know this game means nothing for both sides but damn we need to have some pride and beat these fuckers down.

Lose and we could pick as high as 6

Win and we could pick as low as 13

https://washingtonfootballwire.usato...l-draft-order/

Pride was week 16 vs the Eagles.

I'll care about the draft once the season is over. Right now we can't lose to that clown show of a team.

Agree here. Judge is too much of a clown to worry about. A loss would be way better for us. But they are garbage, so I don't even think it's possible for us to lose.
