Re: Ron Rivera
Can anyone tell me what Rom actually does on game day? I never see him talking to player or talking on his head set. He just stands there with his arm crossed.

Re: Ron Rivera
For three weeks straight he has won on game day. I don't question that. For me, when it comes to head coaches and quarterbacks it's all about getting the W.

Re: Ron Rivera
He better beat Justin Fields, Sam Ellinger, and the ghost of Aaron Rodgers

Should be 4 in a row!! Run Robinson on the goal line and we beat TN......Robinson may not be an explosive rb, but he would have gotten us that td! |

Re: Ron Rivera
So, we're not a great team by any stretch, but the reality is that the Titans and Lions games were winnable. A few bounces going our way, and we could have been 6-2 instead of 4-4. Of course, we had squeakers against the Bears, Packers and Colts, so we could also be 1-7. It's concerning that none of our wins are against quality opponents (I don't think the Packers qualify as such at the moment).
I still think it's going to be hard for this team to tack on a bunch more wins. The Vikings and Eagles are up next, followed by the Texans, the surprisingly decent Falcons, the Giants (twice), the 49ers, the Browns, and the Cowboys. We'll probably be favored against the Texans but that's about it, and it wouldn't be shocking (although it would be bitterly disappointing) if we won just 1 more game this season (or perhaps 2). 3-4 more wins would have to count as a pleasant surprise, and anything more than that would be shocking (to me, at least). Prove me wrong, Commanders -- beat the Vikings this week and I'll revise everything I've said.
