NFC North is pretty wide open IMO. It will be fun to watch this Lions team.

It really is a wide open division. Think Chicago will definitely be improved and interested to see what GB looks like with Love. Vikings will be competitive also. Their passing game should be even better with Jordan Addison in the mix.

Re: Around the League Week 1

KC receivers looked terrible. Don't know how else to say it. Way too many drops, one of which led to a pick 6. Gray and Bell are decent, but not Kelce. KC is due for a year where they are not kings of the mountain. This could be the year, as they have a lot to overcome.

I know Kelce is an elite receiving talent, but you can't have a whole bunch of nobodies as receivers after him. Mahommes can only do so much.

Toney is inconsistent, clearly from last night. Moore hasn't done a lot and was a pretty high draft pick last year. Rice was absent last night. James didn't do much after be acquired from the Giants.

Losing JuJu, Hardman, Tyreek Hill, etc. recently is a lot. He also lost both starting tackles. Just had too many drops last night. Think their offense will get better but already had serious doubts about a repeat for them. They really are due a season to come back down to Earth. But, I wouldn't put anything past Andy Reid and Mahomes.

Also lost their OC from last year or so I hear, though apparently he never called the plays anyway

Lol yes that is true. Hopefully, that coordinator works out well for his new team.
