Snyder's worst mistake was letting Marty go. Last time i checked Marty was doing fairly well. Letting Marvin Lewis go is a close 2nd.

What was he supposed to do to keep Lewis? As for Marty, yeah it sucks it didn't work out. But I look at it as overall we got the better end of the San Diego-Redskins coaching swap (granted it's a two decade difference)
