Right before half time the titans had the ball at like the 50 and it looked like they would just throw up a hail mary pass. Instead young took the snap, rolled out to one sideline, cut clear across the field to the other sideline, and waltz into the endzone. It's tough to say he deserves to be in over pennington cuz pennington actually got his team to the playoffs but you cant discredit vince young for what he did this year. He's flat out amazing.

I have a feeling most of the people trying to discredit him did not watch many of his games this year or last year. They maybe watched the Redskins vs Titans game where V Young was fairly quiet.

Probably true. However, those same people probably didn't watch Pennington much either.

I'd have to say this one is a toss-up. Pennington was the better passer, and Young had 7 rushing TDs. How can you compare the two? In a tie situation, I'd have to give the nod to the veteran who got his team into the playoffs.
