According to JLC's blog:
Moss is out - Thrash starts Golston, Macklin, Boyd, Boschetti DeMulling Thomas are also out. (Golston more of a run stuffer and this is a pass-first team; only going with 7 D Linemen in this game, Lorenzo Alexander active for first time and the other back up D Line rush the passer - Chris Wilson's (whose speed could lead to him being on the field much more than normal, and Demetric Evans). So the new WRs - McCardell and Caldwell- are both active. Calvin Johnson is up for the Lions. TJ Duckett is out |

I, for one, am shocked that Golston is out and Torrence is in but Macklin is out.

Does Macklin play special teams? Also, Torrence has a couple inches on DM - both may be reasons why he is in
