It seems like most people out there also seem to believe that Ben will likely get in some sort of trouble for his accused actions, either getting a short suspension, substance abuse class, or something else.

Can anyone just lay out the facts or post links to the facts that seem like Ben actually raped this girl?

hmmm, lets see, that she went in their willingly, hence some level of consent. that she drank with him again some level of consent. That he's an idiot and needs to get out of that environment before he actually does cross a legal boundary (if he hasn't already). And finally, that you are willing to make a lot of assumptions, and assassinate a person's character without regard to what the law and legal system actually say.
