He's a little to rah rah for the NFL. It would be nice if his way worked but it seems doomed if you ask me. I mean the closest parallel to me seems to be Dick Vermil but Vermil teetered between being a hard ass and your best friend. Caroll to me seems like he only really has the best friend part down.
