I totally agree. I was more perturbed by his ass-hatedness about it when it was pointed out. I was actually just joking with him, I have friends that are in sales so I like to mess with them in a similar fashion from time to time. However I now understand how it can be seen as something a little more harsh, especially with text. Anyway whats done is done.
