I am also tired of Shanahan's coaching style. Or lack of it.
We would have never won three SB's if we had Shanahan instead of Gibbs. Shanahan benches players because they are injured or sick adn cannot practice. Gibbs would let Riggins, Jumpy Geathers and Schlerath to name a few sit out all week and play on Sunday. And they would kick ass in the game.

in this case, he is punishing AH for his illness. Face it, they don't like each other and AH is gone after the season, if not sooner.
