Re: 2011 NFL Draft: Rounds 4-7
WHAT THE **** ARE WE DOING! We essentially just traded back from 49-79 In order to get a single fourth rounder. Who does that? A mid second for a mid third and a fourth? Marvin austin, Daquan Bowers, or whoever else we gave up for Leonard Hankerson and Roy Helu? no thank you.

Lord knows I should have been calling that number the past few years under Vinny's reign of terror.

I'm surprised you remembered it. Usually when people call a number often they put on speed dial in turn forgetting the actual number.

While it would be nice to have more LB's, LB is not a serious need for us right now.

I was thinking maybe a 3-4 ILB, only because Rocky McIntosh is on my sh*t list. But I'm holding out hope that Robert Henson will come out of nowhere and light it up for us.

Don't forget Rob Jackson, he looked pretty good in the limited snaps he got late in the season, I'd like to see him do some great things.

Now -- about Perry Riley ... I can't remember, did he see any regular season action? If so, what were the results? |

Re: 2011 NFL Draft: Rounds 4-7
I think you're right, Jackson may be an OLB. I don't recall seeing Riley much, other than spot duty on a few plays. IIRC he didn't distinguish himself when he was in.

Re: 2011 NFL Draft: Rounds 4-7
Not so good for Riley. Lots of penaltys when he saw action, but I think some may have been on special teams. Holding, illegal contact that kind of thing. I watched him a bunch at LSU, and he's a baller. I think alot of his penalties were rookie growing pains.

Re: 2011 NFL Draft: Rounds 4-7
Greg Jones ILB Mich St is still available. his build is a little slight but he was a hell of a playmaker. Most rankings have him as a second rnd talent
