I have to take back my previous statement. Robert Griffen has first round talent. I just watched his game against tcu. This kid is excellent passer with great mobility. The only thing that concerns me is his size.

Thanks for the vid! Although he has a bit of a windup, he throws a sweet ball. Good legs. And, while he's not prototypical size, he's bigger than Kellen Moore. And he has commentators who speak ?Russian?

That wind up passing motion gives me horrible flashbacks of Jason Campbell. Overall, I think RG3 is an excellent football player and with good coach he could be a very good qb. However, I still believe that Luck, Barkley, Jones, and Foles are franchise qbs. One thing i love about this draft is that we have a lot of options without having to trade away future picks to get a talented qb. The last few years it's only been one guy worth drafting in the first round. In this draft I see 5 or possible 6 guys that have first round talent.

Yup. If we are looking for a top-shelf QB (and I think we should), this is a great year to do so.

I don't see any reason why we wouldn't go after one of these studs at qb. If we end up in the top 15 we should be able to get one of the top 4 qbs. I'm going to start a thread about next years qb class. I honestly think this is the best qb class I have ever seen.

Exactly, you really can't lose picking one of those guys. I would be tempted to pick up Dan Persa in the 3rd round also. The guy is still completing 75% of his passes like last season before his achilles blew out, but our need for CBs probably will trump us drafting 2 Qbs. Not saying Persa will start, but he would be a good backup if Shanny decides to go with 3 Qbs.

How bout taking a look at Case Keenum from Houston. Has a 69% Completion Percentage over the course of his entire college career. Not to mention that he has thrown for more TDs tonight then our team has all season up to this point.
