Why would anyone want to play for a coach who treats people like this?
I would imagine b/c of the overwhelming number of players both present and former that have stated MS treated them fairly, even when they lost the competition for playing time.

Why would any player pay attention to a one-year sub who couldn't consistently outperform an undrafted rookie?
