With the rumored 40 million in cap room, the Skins cap guy could structure a deal where PM would only count about 15 million towards the 2012 cap, leaving you 25 million left to spend on others. Now his cap numbers would go much higher in years 2013 and 2014.

25 million is plenty to fill all of your needs, the question is will Shanny go on a spending spree or will he continue to build through the draft only adding a free agent here and there? All I know is we need a QB, this is not the year to get tight with money or draft picks to get one. We need PM or RG3 or we will watch 6-10 again and do all of this again next offseason.
