The more I think about the Cousins pick, the more I like it. God, how many back-ups to the back-up's back-up have we recycled around this place?
I think we're still getting used to having competence as the norm, not the exception. We've settled for so long, it's weird to have a quality at every position. It's takes time I suppose. |
