Redskins Notes (3/31): K Wright, Evans etc

I like Evans. Not sure what we're getting with K. Wright though.

K Wright does have good size.

K wright has some sacks, and he's been a starter as well, but lacks high end speed. He's a good nickel and he's big.

Outside of Molinaro, we have absolutely no depth at tackle. I'm hoping we do address that, maybe through FA.

Maybe they aren't Tackles, but hey, Buges has been known to move parts of the puzzle around to re-insert as needed.

ahh so i see were going LB with first pick now.

i know its doubtful, but is there ANY chance we could move up into the first round? even though im su re there will be a pretty good LB available.

With Fletcher out of the picture, I hope they sign Wright soon.

was evans signed to more than a one year contract?

i dont he is great but for the limited amount of playing time he gets,he makes plays and we all know thats what this league is all about

I'm very excited we re-signed D. Evans. Theres just somthing about this kid that I think can be VERY special. I really didnt want to lose him this year, I think he could be a starter for us eventually!

I totally agree! I just rewatched the Skins-Bucs playoff game on NFL Network OnDemand and Evans was in almost every play. Im a big fan of this kid and can definitely see him as our starting LE opposite Carter...
